MTS provides access to your AES Radio data from your PC, Tablet, Smart Phone, or other browser capable device.
Monitor the connectivity of all radios on your AES network to identify non-compliant radios and hidden problems that may cause trouble. Many of these problems are undetectable using IPCtrl. MTS provides many reports to point out radios having and causing problems.
The MTS real time mapping features provide live visualizations and interaction with all radios and radio traffic.
How do you know if your network is "up to speed"?
MTS is always communicating with the MultiNet Server. The MTS Dashboard provides a real-time view of current traffic and the most active radios and ack delaying radios.
The Dashboard also displays status and traffic statistics for all of your IP Links.
New IP Link groups allow you to analyze your network geographically by IP Links grouped with a business unit.
More radio details than you can shake a programmer at with real-time outbound programming and requests and inbound updates.
MTS provides Technicians with very useful tools and information for troubleshooting site problems.
Central Stations running MultiNet Servers can use this as an additial form of MRR by re-selling access to these tools to your Dealers who have their own Business Units.
An MTS system for one MultiNet Receiver Installation (Primary and Backup Servers) is comprised of a suite of applications and services running on a dedicated Virtual Machine hosted, maintained, and updated by ASI Communications, Inc..
MTS was developed by and is used by ASI Communications, Inc. who also owns and operates a Wholesale Alarm Monitoring Center (Arizona Security Control) for Dealers in Arizona and providing an AES IntelliNet radio network for it's Dealers who utilize MTS on a daily basis.
MTS has been tested on networks from 200 to 6000 radios without any additional impact on the MultiNet Receiver. MTS requires less resources then a single VNC Session for a Business Unit and can provide service for any number of Business Units on a MultiNet Receiver.

Hardware? Software? Installation?
MTS is a standalone or cloud based suite of software services running on a dedicated windows virtual machine. An MTS Agent hardware module is installed on the network along side your Multinet Receivers which provides a secure non-intrusive data conduit between the Multinet Receiver and the MTS Server.

How does MTS collect data?
Communication between the MTS Server and your MultiNet Receiver is initiated by an MTSAgent hardware module. The MTSAgent module establishes a secure VPN connection to your dedicated MTS Server and a secure SSH session to your Multinet Receiver to facilitate the transfer of radio network related information to the MTS Server.

How does this effect our central station automation software?
An MTS Server does NOT change the way your MultiNet Receiver interfaces with your automation software. MTS does not affect normal AES Network traffic or communications and can be disabled at any time with without impacting normal operations.

How do the radios get mapped?
You can update a radio's address or lat/lon individually or import them. Typically you want to have all of your radios geocoded for analysis purposes on the map. Geocoding is not necessary for general reports and and statistics.

Can I query and control radios from MTS?
Yes! Send messages to and from radios as if you were using IPCtrl, but much quicker and in less steps. No more messages scrolling off the IPCtrl screen before you can read them. Control and configure IntelliTaps, IntelliPro and some other features no longer available from AES.

Is MTS for a Startup network or an Established network?
MTS is IDEAL for building out a new BURG or FIRE network from scratch. BURG radios allow full control of repeaters and transmitters at all times. MTS is desiged for New and Existing networks.

How does MTS compare to AES's MNS product?
NMS is a good way to determine if you overall network is in "good health", according to NMS. MTS is designed to be a daily tool for the Installer in the field to the Network Manager in the office. The Field Tech can request peers and status from the phone browser while the Manager can view individual radios, ip links groups, or an entire business unit to make sure traffic is flowing as expected. The Service Manager and view radios with troubles on the map to efficiently schedule service calls while servicing other accounts in an area.

Some of our ventures are for profit, others not (ThankYouBlue.org) but all reflect a lifetime of service to security and customer service. In fact they reflect a few lifetimes, as the Zahn family has been in the security business for generations.

ASI Communications, Inc provides alarm dealers and their subscribers various security technology and automation services. Our privacy policy is designed to protect your personal information and second use it only to provide you with the services that we provide on your behalf.
This policy states our data privacy practices as related to your use of our services, including the www.ASI Communications, Inc Website(s), our Alarm Monitoring Software, our Voice Portals, and all interactions between you and ASI Communications, Inc . Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.
Information Collection and Use
ASI Communications, Inc collects and stores personally identifiable information about you only when you expressly and knowingly provide it. You provide us basic contact information such as name, address, phone number and email address. When you subscribe to our services, you provide us your personal preferences (e.g., unit description, sensor names) in order for us to personalize your services.
We will use your personally identifiable information only to provide you the best possible services – to personalize the services delivered to you or notify you of technical issues or changes in our services. Informaion Sharing
ASI Communications, Inc will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any other entity except:
- to your local response agencies who provide emergency services in the event of an alarm. This information is limited to what is necessary for them to assist you. For the most part, ASI Communications, Inc will provide response agencies with your name and address, along with information on the type of alarm in progress. Other information is provided to these agencies at their request, as necessary to perform their duties.
- to your dealer, the company through which you subscribed to our services. Your dealer has the right to use the information only in conformance with their privacy policy.
- when we need to share the information with an entity who works on our behalf to provide the services. (These entities do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.)
- in response to a legal order, or to prepare a legal order if any terms of use have been violated by you or your dealer.
In any event, ASI Communications, Inc will not provide your personally identifiable information to our advertisers, advertising servers, or advertising agencies.
Information Protection
ASI Communications, Inc has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information. We protect your information through a unique username and password, and we protect certain sensitive communications with our website through server authentication and secure connections.

Platform Use Restrictions

ASI, IT'S LICENSEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA THAT RESULT FROM
THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM; THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE PLATFORM; THE CONDUCT OF OTHER PLATFORM USERS. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. YOUR ONLY

Severability

Termination
ASI reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate your account, delete your profile and any of your User Generated Content, and restrict your use of all or any part of the Platform for any or no reason,
without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else. ASI also reserves the right to block users from certain IP addresses or Device numbers and prevent access to the Platform. These Terms of Use remain in effect even
after your account is terminated. The Terms of Use relating to Intellectual Property, Indemnification, User Interaction Disclaimer, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Miscellaneous, Severability and terms that by
their nature may survive termination shall survive any termination.
